First thank you Cory to put this recipe. i’ll try it but do you think i could use coconut milk from a can instead of a coconut? and add some grated coconut?

Well there aren’t any rules. Try it and see but using canned coconut milk would not b raw. It would really b worth trying to find a young coconut. Your best place to look is anywhere they sell asian groceries or a health food store. If you have a thai restaurant give them a call and ask where to buy young coconuts.
